We had five of the brutes. They were difficult, messy, uncooperative, and always wanted to do things their own way. Fortunately they all grew up, moved out, got married, and are now raising primates of their own.
On another site there's a contributor who calls herself "Slow Loris" and I didn't know why until the term cropped up in the BBC quiz, "The Chase". So I looked it up. Cute little beasties. If I had a primate I think I'd want a slow loris.
As cute as they are, like all wild animals, they cannot live like pets in houses or apartments; only well equipped zoos with enough space and qualified, engaged staff for the preservation of endangered species can care for them correctly, breed and prepare them for reintroduction into their natural habitat.
There are so many cats and dogs and other domesticated animals waiting in shelters for caring people.

I don't think it would be fair to the animal.
