This summer was surprisingly cold. The thermometer hardly goes higher than 21C in my place.

More or less rainy, with some nice brightenings, rather mild, partly cool, in several European countries.
After a long, very dry period, it was probably necessary in many regions. But in some other parts of the world, there are draughts and extremely hot temperatures.
At the moment rainy and grey in my area.
Warm, it is spring at the moment. But if you can afford it, check your windows to either get them replaced or 'fixed up'.
