A Suggestion (with rhymes)
Water is not always limpid,
and mere words can sound insipid;
like the cotton, sometimes milky -
the heart's flows run seldom silky.
When the sky appears bright and blue,
your soul errs further, without clue;
often, ways go steep and winding,
while most steps crave for a finding.
Apologies - in words or mails,
can turn into uneasy nails;
sincere intentions heal or fail,
for water falls as rain or hail.
Stress and speed are bad for health,
gambling depletes the inner wealth;
extremes do not know how to stop,
if there's no wisdom on the top.

A Limerick Solution
Though the water is often not limpid,
The solution is really quite simp, kid:
When run through a filter,
'Tis THEN back in kilter,
With nary a fleck to be glimpséd.
Lol - .
Rio's waters, for instance, would need a thorough filtering ...
Lol, yes, the swimmers were warned not to put their heads underwater.
Unhappy "lol". Yes indeed :

And they over-chlorinated the pools to keep them from turning green.
Maybe they should have ordered 10 million liter-bottles of Perrier to fill them with.
Yes, indeed - it is saddening ...
