Open your eyes and enjoy the nice little events and things which are often overseen in the rush: a smile from a stranger, a break chatting with a friend, a family meeting, a poem or a song on the radio, bringing some flowers home, a thank you for a little help, or just taking a few minutes to admire the rising sun, etc. and taking more time for yourself.
As a florist who has been home sick with flu for the last couple of days, unable to smell anything, and do very little... it is a very confusing order.

Take a pause from all stress and just relax and enjoy other things.
Take the time and enjoy life instead of being a worrywart.
