Yes, I do. Some people are oblivious. I will make an exception for someone who has very small children, is ill, handicapped, or elderly.

Not as a rule, though if it was somebody deliberately shoving in I'd react very quickly.

Have you heard of the beautiful people syndrome? It's the theory that bright, attractive, smiling people will always be attended to before everybody else. I know it's more than just a theory because *sob* it takes me so long to get served when I stand at the counter.

Sometimes I do especially if the other person saw that I was waiting in line before he came along.

Depends.  I've let people go ahead of me who only had a few items or if their kids were being fussy, but someone who just barges into the line because they think they're special would get an as polite as my mood would allow, "The end of the line is back there.  Wait your turn."

I haven't had to chastise many people for line jumping, though.  Maybe I look scary or something; I don't know, but only one or two people have tried it.
