I would use a swing for an hour.  I had so much fun on a swing.

When I was small,  I had a friend sitting at rest on a swing.  I started pushing the swing, but she positively freaked out, scared of the motion.  I never saw anything like it, before or since.  I had to stop the swing and help her off.

@ Tink   Some are Strange like that , can't stand their Feet being off the ground.
 
My Friend when I was a Girl , used to fly over the bar at the top of the Swing and I could never do that.

@ Ser:  Yes, some people are strange, like being afraid to go into the water at a pool or the beach.

I'm not sure what you mean by flying over the bar.  Surely not doing a loop-the-loop, going all the way around?  I never saw anything like that.  Or do you mean swinging with her arms outstretched?  I have seen that, although I never tried it myself.    :-O

I would bump down as hard as possible , to see my Friends ass fly off the See Saw and crack up XD  promise not to do it again and still get them every time.
