Greek, but I'm biased because my mom's family is Greek so I get to hear them speak it. I wish I could speak it.

Actually, I selected a few of the most useful to me, including those I learnt (we have four national languages) - as, if I had the time to learn all, I would, and that includes quite a few very interesting languages, which have not been mentioned here).
