Do you have any neighbors that leave their dog outside when it is bitter cold and you hear the poor animal howling?

No, I don't.

But if I did I'd go out and help that animal. I would call the number for  the humane society when they open. I have done both before. 

I have zero tolerance for abuse or neglect of animals.

Unfortunately, there is a neighbor or two in my area that leave their dogs out in the backyard when it is cold.
