No I have never seen this before

There was a clothing store in a shopping center in my vicinity that actually posted photos on the front entrance door of shoplifters being caught stealing clothes from their store.

No, I have def not seen this!  I don't shop at all if I can help it.  The only public places I see on a regular basis are the grocery store and also the public library.
