The murderer of Kate Steinle in San Francisco had been sent back 5 times.

He should have been kept out in the first place by a secure border.

And the criminal city govt of San Francisco that established it as a sanctuary city is complicit in the murder.

It depends on the crime. Violent crimes, of course, after they serve thier time, kick them out..
