Yes, I have.

Depends on what you define as paranormal.  I know at certain points in my life, I have been protected, by, or directly intervened by an Angel. 

However, I have never communicated with the dead, or felt the presence of beings in the spirit world.

No but wish I had. My mum told me once though that the lamp started moving while or after my family discussed about my dad who had passed away when I was 2.
