You've heard the old saw: "it tastes just like chicken."  Well, what besides chicken actually tastes like chicken?

That is hard to say, as alone the processing in the kitchen, i.e. preparation, cooking, adds and spices can change flavours and "chewiness" considerably.

I would say that other birds and reptiles (snakes, for instance) may have a similar taste, and, perhaps, some plant (or mushroom) based recipes.
