Many said that the transgender is male since she born as male and must not be allowed to enter girls locker room. I have one doubt, do you think is it ok for a "girl by birth" who converted to "boy" can enter the girls' locker room?

Yes of course they should.

TheOtherTink

If the "girl by birth" still has girl genitalia, then yes of course she should use the girls' locker room.

The deranged stuff and nonsense that has been flying over issues like these is an indication of how unbelievably stupid our society has become.

Oh, and I almost forgot:  If an otherkin student believes he is a cat, should the school provide a litter box for him?

Dan TheOtherTink

These men were born as women.

If it reaches the point where no one can tell any more, then the question becomes moot.

What if a 'male by birth' removes his genitalia and becomes female. If the person no more has the pen-is?
Dan TheOtherTink

Come on, there are people who become cat.

TheOtherTink TheOtherTink

That's what I mean, Dan.

But maybe the solution is unisex bathrooms in which there is only one person at a time, no matter what their real or imagined gender.

TheOtherTink TheOtherTink

Then by all means, let's provide the trans-felines with litter boxes in public bathrooms. :D

He actually dead now. :ermm:

Sorry to hear that, but there must be others.  :(

I have no hang-ups about it.  A restroom to me is only a place to go to the bathroom and nothing else.

Actually, the question was about locker rooms.  Would you be ok with your teen-age daughter having to shower with a transgender who has a pen-is?

Eli666 MidnightCowboy

haha no one showers in the school locker rooms wtf.

@ Eli666:

Must be a lotta smelly kids then.  :D

I don't really care.  I've never understood the fascination people have with separating the genders when it comes to relieving one's self.  When I really have to go, trust me. It doesn't matter which one's available. If I owned a business with public restrooms, that'd be what they were called: "restrooms."  There'd be no men's, women's, trans', etc.  (Please note that I do not differentiate between 'restrooms' and 'locker rooms,' either.)

Edit: and yes, if they were potty trained, you could bring in your pets, too. :-)

TheOtherTink Transquesta

The unisex public restrooms are for one person at a time, so in that case the gender question is moot.

Roy Munson Transquesta

well, I would prefer to not have women in the restroom if I'm in there. I'll go outside before I do that.

Transquesta Transquesta

@Roy: If a woman wants to watch me tinkle, who am I to stop her? :-)

Transquesta Transquesta

@Tink: Correct!

i hear a lot of big talk because most of you are older and not affected with the issue.

However, I bet when you were in school, none of you big talkers would change in a locker room  infront of the opposite sex..  And I guarantee you you would be a little concerned if your 12 year old daughter goes into the batheroom followed by a 50 year old woman who is obviously a man.

TheOtherTink Deadcutie1994

Most liberal big talkers become very quiet when you push them beyond the limits of the Party Line.

I was in the restroom a few months ago and a transgender came in, not one who could pass as a woman, but a 40-50ish year old man, that would never pass as a woman. It was very uncomfortable and awkward, and I couldn't go untill I heard him leave..  Sure, I'm probably just not used to it and making a big deal about nothing, but I'm the one being told that men can now be in the next stall and even be in the next shower to me.. That is something I just find very unnerving, when my whole life we have been taught to be kept separated.  If this is the case, let's just all have one big shareable restroom? I bet most men will say screw that hell no, so why am I expected to tolerate it?

TheOtherTink Deadcutie1994

Of course it's unnerving, because you never know what kind of weirdo the man dressing up as a woman might be, especially if he wants to use the next shower in the locker room.

Eli666

well if someone is a girl by birth and converted to male then theyre male and should go in the male room but if theyre male by birth and converted to female then theyre female and should go to the female room. Duh:P
