I think you only would accept the offer from Trump, because that would put you in a position to sabotage his campaign. For example, in the vice-presidential debate, every time the Democratic VP candidate would say what a louse/racist/misogynist/Islamophobe/xenophobe/warmonger/Fascist Trump is, you would agree whole-heartedly.
On the other hand, if Hillary offered you the VP slot, you wouldn't have much to offer the ticket. Hillary/Cowboy? Hmmm... I don't think so. Even Hillary/Fauxcahontas would be better.
