In 2008? That was before she totally bollixed up her job as Sec'y of State.
In 2008, she would have. But her own party told everyone she was crap, and we should all praise and worship a first term Senator that won his election through a loophole (having his competitor disqualified and thus making it that he essentially ran unopposed).
