In the old days, before Playboy magazine, the internet and X-rated movies, the only place two country boys could see a naked woman was in the strip show tent at the annual County Fair. Unfortunately, Clem and Luke were underage and were not admitted.
Clem suggests a plan: "Let's sneak around behind the tent, lift up the canvas and peek at the show."
So they go around to the back of the tent, but just as Clem is about to lift the canvas, Luke interrupts him. "Wait a second, Clem... do you remember what Preacher Buford said in his sermon last Sunday? He said if any man look upon a woman's nakedness not his wife's, that man will surely be turned to stone, just as Lot's wife was turned into a pillar of salt for her disobedience."
"Aww, I don't believe that," said Clem, as he lifted up the tent fabric and peered inside, just as the stripper was reaching the climax of her show."
Suddenly, Clem dropped the canvas and turned to his friend, panic stricken: "Luke! Luke! Preacher Buford was right! I'm gonna turn to stone! I feel it a-startin' already! "
