I'm a little on the fence with that one. Seems like a good idea but then again, I don't agree with taxing everyone for something the Government should be trying to handle.

I haven't heard anything good from any of my Canadian friends.

I really don't know enough about it yet to comment intelligently.

But I suspect the government has simply found another way to tax, and whom will it hit the hardest? The middle class, of course, and assuredly not the politicians.
