Tink yes I think that HAS to be the answer...something in the water, there...because something like that, one in a zillion, to happen in Waldport? Sure, maybe Tokyo, London, San Francisco, Rio de Janeiro --- strange things CAN happen there; but Waldport, which is an Andy Griffith/Mayberry town? Just attained population 2,300 this year......smh...
