Hi Kninjanin,

I am not very concerned about his background, because we each can make our own choices. What I don't like about Obama is that here in the USA, he was a terrible president.

What I don't understand is why the Establishment Democrats like Biden, Pelosi and Schumer are acceding to far-left demands to the extent that they are. Don't they realize they will be the first to go when the far-left wing completely takes over their party?

Reminds me of the Establishment Right in Germany thinking they could control Hitler in 1933.

Tink it can be difficult to see accurately what people are saying in a couple Internet sentences...but ima take a stab here to respond to what I think you might be meaning...

'Coz I am guessing the current admin does not have far-left in mind at all.

I am speculating that Trump DID indeed win the election, but with WikiLeaks hobbled there is a huge chilling effect on real investigative journalism, so crooked DNC can now say accurately, "there is no evidence."

And the reason THAT speaks to your post, is that part of Biden's job now is to calm the masses. Trump was very divisive, people in the streets alla time...so voter fraud gets Trump out; and then it is thought this populist stuff will put everybody to sleep so the same-old agenda (wealth transfer upwards) can go on undisturbed/undetected, everything calm peaceful patriotic now. Bread & Circuses?

I don't think the current admin really wants the far-left agenda either, but the 50 or so left-leaning EOs Biden has signed so far (and he surely didn't write them himself)  indicate to me that the Establishment Democrats are hoping to placate and control the left wing. I doubt they'll succeed; they are too old and tired.

Oh it's the EO's (at least some of what) you are thinking of...maybe I will look at what they are, I have not paid much attn., except to learn the commentators I listen to do not think much of them.

I am very concerned for our country right now, doing all I can to encourage local tiny businesses under siege, the little community churches, the food banks...I even called our local grocery store and told them I would like to see them buy their meat from local ranchers. (They said they already do, mostly Eastern Washington State...excellent cattle land there.)

In other words I don't think our answers can come from gov now, red or blue. I think (hope) the stability can arise from below, small towns/rural areas/good hearts everywhere.

I learned from Sister O'Tink just how much, and why, we need to avoid the violence! :) :D :P ;) 8-)
