Are there really any "real" Doctors left?

Question

It took me almost two years to get him off his ass to prescribe medicine for my IBS.

Now I need proton inhibitors for excess stomach acid and all I get are excuses or sent to some other or sent elsewhere.

I can remember my old Doctor pretty much did everything for us but not now!

Next time he patronizes me? I'm gonna give him hell!

Yes, we have a GP that pretty much goes along with whatever we tell him we need.

Well,I get asked in once a year.

Clean bill of health in March...but not so sure I'd get an appointment quickly if I needed one.

But there is an A+E a ten minute walk away.
