I use some deep web email services. I use them with Tor browser and orbot vpn for android phones and I can access them adding pet, dog or ly after oniom domain.

Yes, I used to use the dark web all the time with the "Tor" browser. Never for any email though. I used it mainly to find phonies. Works well for that.
