I got a FitBit, mostly just to keep track of my sleep, but it does a lot of other cool stuff.  I started entering the stuff I eat into the FitBit app on my phone, and I found out it has a barcode scanner.  I just scan the barcode of whatever I'm eating, and it automatically downloads the nutrition information.

That just fills my little data collecting and analyzing heart with warm fuzzies.  :-)

Sometimes. I want to get back into PT shape (I left the Air Force last January) but I just haven't been able to get back into it. At one point in my life counting calories really helped me slim down! I had a fit bit once...then I moved...and now I have no clue where it is. It's just gone sadly.

No, I don't keep track. I probably should but I don't worry about it too much.

No, I do not. I also do not step on scales. When my pants tell me "you've had too much", I start cutting back. When my pants tell me, "later dude, I'm outta here"; I know I can go ahead and have the ice cream.

I don't bother to count how many I get...I know I'm getting enough...

There's no way I'll be running short of them any time soon.

My master regulates our calories, but it's more about proportions and servings than an actual number.
Like at chilies, he may order for us from the kids menu, or he may order us a adult meal and have us split it.
