No, I did not try this kind of bread, but "whole bread", tortillas or omelettes or with diverse vegetables and mushrooms or fresh cheese are delicious.

Ok. but here I see the basic material is tempeh, and I'm interested in the patent right is said by Margaret, I want to know the legal basis of its patent rights

That looks interesting! I don't know much about Indonesian specialities, like tempeh:

If you invented a recipe of your own, you ought to look into
the conditions for patenting your creation in your country; maybe that this info can help:

tempeh is authentic Indonesian food, but after I learned to be patented, I wondered. In terms of what would be patentable. I've sent an email to ask Margareth.
and this is just discussion and my curiosity.

Actually, I don't know much about your supervising and patenting services and the corresponding organisations, who are in charge of national dishes, innovations, etc.
Are you a member of a bakers'/confectioners', restaurants' or cooks' association?

Margaret's Dishes

This bread is pretty genius.  The other day, when I was feeling extremely lazy, I decided that I was going to just pull out all leftover veggies in my fridge and eat them for lunch.  I wasn't in a salad mood, so throwing everything into a bowl with lettuce was out, although probably delicious if I was feeling it.  After considering just sticking a spoon in the leftover guacamole, dousing roasted red peppers in mustard, and going at it, I got the idea for this tempeh bread.

Minimal effort is required and the result is actually a crispy and chewy "bread" like texture that is prefect for stuffing with anything your heart desires!  Tempeh bread is gluten-free, yeast-free, high-protein, low-carbohydrate, vegan, mineral-rich, no-kneading-required bread that is very satisfying.  Who knew there were so many uses for tempeh?! I think I'm going to have to try this tempeh bread with my recipe for tempeh avocado salad.  It's impossible to have too much of a good thing!

lolz I Google searched it , looks yummy Suyanto :)

you're right, I cast a question on Margaretha, on patents concerning tempeh, yet to be answered until now
