Was Jeb Bush run even though the GOP knew he would lose?

 I found it interesting, today [2-22-16], that Rush Limbaugh said the GOP/RNC Establishment KNEW FULL WELL THAT JEB BUSH HAD NO CHANCE of winning the Republican Primary. Rush said the GOP/RNC deliberately ran BUSH, anyway, because of the people whose pockets got lined with megabucks from wayward donations. (FOLLOW THE MONEY!) Rush said it was NOT big news to most of his audience, but it shocked the hell out of me and if I'd been one of those big contributors 'taken for their money, I'd think very hard, RIGHT NOW, about switching my allegiance and joining those in favor of DONALD TRUMP, as the next "REAL" PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA!

No, I think the Republican Establishment is just so tone deaf that they never dreamed Trump would take off the way he did.  They totally misjudged the degree of dissatisfaction in their base.

No, I think Jeb and a lot of others thought he had the inside track on the primaries but used the wrong approach to reaching out to voters.
