What went wrong with your iPad?

One time my WiFi became disengaged and the Customer Service Rep walked me through on how to get it back on.  I also had a problem where my Gmail was not coming through but the Customer Service Rep told me exactly what to do in order for my Gmail to return as my Primary mail.

Hundreds of People were unable to download AVG Antivirus Protection and they all had their own idea's of a solution but none worked for me.

I let AVG Remote assistance take control of my Laptop and within 20 mins , he had fixed the problem and now I have full protection.

Polite , very friendly and efficient , what more could I ask for.
