Comey re-opens FBI investigation of Hillary — will it have any impact?

Not if she become the President I think.

If she does become president, Comey will probably be fired.

Maybe Obama will save her the trouble of firing Comey before she takes office, and he might give her a blanket pardon for any crimes she may have committed.
