Actually, most spams were about various "things", like clothing, IT software and hardware, music and movie videos, holiday trips, gadgets, jewellery, various services, domestic appliances and items, food, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, etc., etc.

I'd rather go to the shops.

I've been getting oddball stuff like that in my spam file for years. Never look at it and just delete it all. I do get some phone calls from supposed Canadian pharmacies once in a while. I hang up on them.

Many pharmaceuticals are available only on prescription, and buying such products on-line, is not really safe. Watch out for fake pharmacies and "miracle products" and consult your doctor.
