Goering's special train also carried away many works of art and such to his palatial home: Carinhall. Many of which were never recovered and missing to this day. Goering was not much of a Luftwaffe leader as he was a greedy thief.
Not much left of Carinhall today. Goering had it blown up during the last days of the war, when he fled to Austria with as much loot as possible.
