No, and I am planning to hold off until summer, when the rush is over. As a retired cytotechnologist I have experience with infection control, and at age 76 I am able to maintain careful seclusion. The food bank even delivers weekly to our doors, for instance!
So I will yield my place in line to others who are more at risk.
However, my neighbors are also elderly/disabled...so indeed planning to use great care until then!
Not yet. My daughter (who has Down Syndrome) will become eligible on Monday, so I will try to schedule our appointments then. I always like to do these things together with her whenever possible.
Just got my first shot yesterday and get the second on March 26.
I was impressed with how well it was set up and quickly got my shot, waited the mandatory 15 minutes and was on my way home.
I was vaccinated for the first time four days ago.
Excellent!
I am getting sore arm one next Saturday

That's the Welsh spirit... stiff upper arm, and all that.
