Even though I'm retired, I'm usually on the go a lot. I volunteer at a dog shelter, drive cancer patients to chemo 3 days a week to reciprocate for them driving me to treatments, I work on my truck because it's old, wash my car every week, work in the garden, etc. BUT, every day I find time to laze out and take a 20 minute power nap.
